Classic Dutch “Lion Dollar” Trade coin design
The obverse image is a standing knight holding a shield featuring a Rampant Lion. The image is encircled by two beadwork rims. The reverse has the same Rampant Lion depicted much larger than the obverse surrounded by two beadwork circles and inscriptions. The design was directly digitally transferred and enhanced from the original, historic strikes from 1617.
